Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Flexible start times + 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off)

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems including control panels, subassemblies, and integrated equipment
- Perform precise point-to-point wiring following electrical schematics and build documentation
- Route, terminate, label, and verify wiring harnesses and electrical connections
- Install components including relays, sensors, controllers, power supplies, and instrumentation
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering change notices
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, and functional verification
- Identify build issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve them
- Maintain high workmanship standards and organized work areas
- Follow quality processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What Sets You Apart
- 3-5+ years building electro-mechanical systems, panels, or complex equipment
- Strong schematic reading and build interpretation skills
- Experience with control panel wiring or electrical assemblies
- Pride in neat layouts, labeling, and quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and think critically during builds
- Comfortable working both independently and on collaborative teams
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship
Bonus Experience (Highly Valued):
- Automation, aerospace, or equipment manufacturing environments
- Low-voltage electrical systems or instrumentation
- Vacuum, testing, or precision equipment builds
