Job Title: Men’s Locker Room Attendant

Classification: Non-Exempt


Role Description


Dallas Country Club is currently seeking an enthusiastic, service-oriented individual to join our Men’s Locker Room team. Founded in 1896, Dallas Country Club is the most distinguished private clubs in the country, recognised for delivering an exceptional member experience. We take pride in our tradition of excellence and are committed to hiring individuals who share our passion for hospitality, teamwork and personalised service.


Key Responsibilities

· Create a welcoming, polished, and personalised experience for every member and guest using the Locker Room.

· Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented Locker Room that reflects the standards and atmosphere of Dallas Country Club.

· Anticipate member needs and take initiative to provide thoughtful, attentive service.

· Build positive relationships with members and guests through genuine interaction, professionalism, and member first attitude.

· Restock towels, amenities, and other supplies throughout the day, ensuring the Locker Room is consistently prepared for members.

· Identify and communicate maintenance, cleanliness, or service issues promptly to the Locker Room Manager.

· Work collaboratively with the Member Services team and other departments to deliver a seamless member experience.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the Locker Room Manager; this list is not limited to the above.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:


· Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or locker room environment is preferred but not required.

· Strong communication skills with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.

· A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and a willingness to learn.


The ideal candidate will have the following competencies and qualities:


· Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the golf season.
