Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Assist Members in the locker room, while maintaining the locker room appearance. Also assists Locker Room Manager in such a manner to ensure the highest level of success.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assures that customer service and high level of standards are consistently attained pertaining to Members and guests.

  • Ensure facility is properly opened up and closed down in accordance to posted times.

  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining general appearance of locker room.

  • Aid Members by handing out keys, baskets, and racquets that are stored by the club.

  • Return laundry to correct baskets and maintain basket room in an orderly neat fashion.

  • Responsible for daily inventory and billing of merchandise and beverages.

  • Responsible for taking daily sun tanning and court reservations turning daily numbers into department secretary.

  • Performs personal services such as replace golf spikes, brush clothes, etc.

  • Ensure that no one under age is in restricted areas and reports anyone who is consistently breaking house rules.

  • Assist AD and LRS with all other activities when asked.

Must be neat and possess a courteous, willing disposition. Must be able to anticipate the needs of Members. Must be able to read, write and count proficiently.
