My team is growing, and we're looking for an exceptional person to join us as our Field Operations & Listing Coordinator.


This is a full-time, flexible role that will include some evening and weekend assistance. It is ideal for someone who loves organization, thrives behind the scenes, and takes pride in making sure every detail is handled with care. It's the perfect fit for someone who enjoys a mix of office and field work and wants to play an important role in delivering an outstanding client experience. 


This person will be responsible for coordinating everything that helps our listings shine. From property preparation and MLS management to marketing implementation, vendor coordination, lockboxes, signage, caravan and open house prep, inspections, and everything in between. Throughout the year, they will help execute a variety of community events and fundraisers. They'll be my operational right hand, ensuring every listing launches smoothly and every seller experiences a seamless process.

Compensation:

$25 - $35 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate listing preparation from consultation through launch, including property intake, key management, lockboxes, signage, and final property readiness.
  • Manage MLS and listing administration, including FMLS/GAMLS input, listing drafts, revisions, disclosures, photos, and maintaining accurate property records.
  • Implement listing marketing by creating property websites, organizing photography, producing print materials, home books, wall talkers, flyers, and other marketing assets.
  • Oversee listing launch logistics, including ShowingTime setup, showing instructions, disclosures, and ensuring every listing is market-ready on launch day.
  • Coordinate broker caravans and open houses, including scheduling, signage, materials, catering, event setup, and collecting agent feedback.
  • Support transactions through closing by coordinating inspections, property access, key exchanges, lockbox retrieval, SOLD signage, and post-closing wrap-up.
  • Manage field operations by conducting property visits, coordinating vendors, running property-related errands, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
  • Maintain inventory and team resources, including lockboxes, signs, marketing materials, and listing supplies needed for day-to-day operations.
  • Identify needs proactively and solve problems independently, keeping multiple listings organized while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and the team.
