Labcorpis seeking a Lockbox Operations Specialist I to join our team at 1225 Jay Lane Graham, NC.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm EST Monday-Friday.

Job Responsibilities

  • Read daily emails

  • Help maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement)

  • Respond to any incoming emails

  • Complete required training

  • Share best practices with the team

  • Continually supports the Lean Principles

  • Offers suggestions to supervisor/team lead to improve processes

  • Be able to differentiate between various types of payments from multiple companies

  • Sort and prep checks for deposit

  • Sort/ Process credit card payments

  • Maintain personal time and PLB in Workday

  • Update management on suggestions, feedback, and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent

  • 1 year or more work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years or more working with Lockbox operations

Additional Job Standards

  • Understanding of lockbox processes

  • Basic EOB/Insurance knowledge

  • Understanding of basic accounting processes

  • Ability to 10-key with efficiency and accuracy

Pay Range:$ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour

All job offers will bebased on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicabledegrees/certifications,as well as internal equity and market data.

Benefits:Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.Employees who are regularly scheduled toworka 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
