Job description

A growing organization in Erlanger, KY is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support daily billing, cash application, and collections functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both financial data and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Post and apply customer payments (cash, check, credit card) while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Assist with processing lockbox transactions and reconciling local deposits
Maintain accounts receivable records, track outstanding invoices, and support account reconciliations
Research and resolve discrepancies, deductions, and payment issues by collaborating with internal teams and customers
Support collections efforts, assist with monthly statements, and help manage credit applications and account setup
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting function
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process and reconcile financial data
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in data entry and accounting systems, with a basic understanding of accounting principle
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
