What is a locations assistant?

Locations Assistants are entry-level professionals who support the Locations Department on film and television productions. Their duties often include coordinating with property owners, handling logistics, assisting with crowd control, and making sure locations are returned to their original state after filming. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
