Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a talented, motivated Sr Partner Marketing Enablement Manager to own and scale the programs, processes, and enablement that power 3P partner marketing at Amazon Fuse. This role will simplify complex partner-marketing workflows, be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, drive the adoption of AI-powered and automated solutions across our programs, and create repeatable, scalable mechanisms that let regional teams and Partner Growth Managers do more with less.
A flagship part of your charter is our retail channel marketing program across retail stores and call centers including training, incentives, and merchandising. You will own this program end-to-end: simplifying its playbooks, closing the gap between documented SOPs and real-world adoption, and using AI and automation to help Partner Growth Managers adopt it at higher velocity

Alongside this program, you will own the mechanisms behind our partner-marketing portal and asset operations, marketing calendar, productivity survey, localization operations, and the adoption strategy for new programs, including our marketing automation charter.
This is a highly cross-functional role. You will partner with and influence global stakeholder groups across growth, marketing, and content-operations teams within Fuse, Prime, and Prime Video. You will not simply run these programs: you will re-architect them, hold partner teams accountable for improvement, and measure the efficiency gains you create.
ABOUT YOU:
You have a thirst for understanding pain points in workflows and know how to translate business needs into scalable processes and requirements for automation

You design and implement scalable programs, create standardized processes for cross-functional collaboration, and build mechanisms that drive adoption. You are energized by using AI and automation to eliminate manual effort and accelerate how partners and Partner Growth Managers get work done.
To be successful you'll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. You are comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, willing to work autonomously, and able to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while prioritizing to contribute to ambitious growth plans

You influence without direct authority and excel at operational execution with strong problem-solving skills.
Key job responsibilities
Own and scale the retail channel marketing program: simplify its program pillars and playbooks, close the SOP-to-adoption gap, and use AI/automation to drive higher-velocity adoption.
Own the mechanism for partner-marketing asset operations: manage and automate digital asset management (DAM) provisioning, access, metadata, and content-distribution workflows, partnering with global Prime/PV teams and holding partner teams accountable for adoption.
Design and implement simplified, scalable processes across 3P partner-marketing execution workflows, ensuring seamless execution across regions.
Drive AI and automation adoption: identify opportunities across the partner-marketing lifecycle, provide requirements for automation, and lead adoption of AI-powered tools and new programs through training, partner validation, and measurement.
Own the partner marketing calendar and synchronize global tentpole campaigns with regional partner initiatives and key events.
Own productivity survey and localization operations: run our efficiency survey mechanism (distribution, analysis, and leadership communications) and manage translation/localization operations and forecasting.
Create and analyze operations performance metrics, quantify efficiency gains and hours saved, and provide insights that optimize the team's effectiveness.
Establish and document best practices, playbooks, and SOPs for partner-marketing operations across global marketplaces.
About the team
The Fuse team works across Amazon to bring services including Prime and Prime Video to customers through relationships with mobile operators, financial institutions, media distribution companies, and other segments worldwide. We help our partners leverage Amazon's services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers.
