Job Description The Space Planning and Renovation (SPAR) Project Manager will develop and manage comprehensive project plans for small to medium renovation projects in a technically diverse work environment. Responsibilities include developing project scope, engineering specifications, resource profiles, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement plans. Management of projects will encompass all phases from subcontractor proposals through closeout, including submittal review, scheduling, site coordination, communication, oversight and inspections. Key attributes of this position includes strong communication/ reporting skills, personal ownership, understanding and managing risks to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule within budget. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Pay Range $106,200.00 - $166,000.00 annually Salary information provided is a general guideline only.
