Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Lead the technical delivery of the high-priority TPM Mexico project within Mars Global Services.
- Own and drive daily Agile/Scrum execution, including managing scrum calls, sprint health, and milestone tracking to ensure strict adherence to delivery dates.
- Provide technical governance over Master Data Governance (MDG) landscape by reviewing configurations, challenging developer estimates, and resolving complex architectural issues.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation of SAP MDG modules, ensuring alignment with global standards for data models, process modeling, and validation frameworks.
- Drive successful deployment of Rule-Based Workflows (BRF+) and Data Replication Framework (DRF) for automating master data syndication between MDG and TPM platforms.
- Act as the central delivery anchor, facilitating collaboration and communication between US-based leadership, Mexican project teams, and offshore development centers.
- Utilize a technical background as an SAP MDG Developer or Technical Architect with expertise in ABAP, BRF+, DRF, and UI Modeling.
- Ensure robust technical understanding of master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Financials) within an S/4 HANA environment.
- Apply extensive experience (8+ years) in Technical Program Management, especially with enterprise-scale SAP MDG implementations and integration projects.
- Demonstrate expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies within a global shared-services context.
- Exhibit exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving accountability and project progress.
- Professional proficiency in English required; Spanish language skills are a strong asset.
- Experience with projects involving Trade Promotion Management (TPM) or Latin American data localization is highly desirable.
