This role within Order to Cash plays a key role in defining the IT Solution design and delivery within the Quote to cash process for the Papermill and Converting segments of the business system transformation program. The Consultant provides solution improvements and expertise across Order to cash business processes along with O2C master data from build, run and support.
What are the top 3 Must Haves for this role?
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Information Technology with minimum 5 years of work experience in SAP order to cash and supply chain functions.
• 1+ transformation project experience with ERP implementation
• Expert in requirement gathering, test case development, and test case execution within Order to Cash, Stock Transfer Order and Supply Chain processes.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent from an accredited university; Masters preferred
How many Years of Experience are you looking for?
• 7+ Years of Hands-On functional Quote to Cash ERP solution experience
Required Skills
• Process expertise in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC)/Order to Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Make (PTM) areas of Order Management process including O2C Master data, Inquiry, Quotation, Order Management, Pricing, ATP, Capable to promise, logistics processes, warehousing, rebates, customer claim management, invoice, CRM integration, Customer portal, E commerce solution etc.
• Understanding of Stock transfer order, Supply chain planning and integration of order to cash process
• Should have a good functional/configuration knowledge on the following Integration areas:
• Material Requirement Planning (MRP) including ATP/Transfer of Requirements and Material Management (MM) Procurement/Inventory integrations,
• Global Trade Services (GTS) / Global Trade Management (GTM)
• Country specific solutions - Brazil localization and e-Invoicing
• Demonstrate strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication & Presentation skills.
