Role Overview:
Shape how customers discover, understand, and engage with Genesys across digital experiences that influence pipeline, adoption, and customer value. This role owns the strategy and execution of high performing content across Genesys.com and key digital channels, driving measurable outcomes in organic visibility, engagement, and conversion. At Genesys, we help organizations deliver empathetic, AI powered customer experiences at global scale, and this role directly contributes to how that story is told and found across modern search and AI driven discovery environments. You will operate at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, UX, and analytics, influencing how content performs across traditional search, AI overviews, and LLM powered journeys. This is an opportunity to drive enterprise impact, partner with cross functional leaders, and expand expertise in next generation search and personalization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end to end content strategy for Genesys.com and digital channels, driving organic growth, engagement, and conversion outcomes
  • Develop and optimize high impact content using keyword insights, search intent, and performance data to improve discoverability and business results
  • Create compelling web experiences, including landing pages and solution content, that align to user journeys and drive measurable engagement
  • Optimize content for AI powered discovery, ensuring structured, authoritative content performs across semantic search, AI overviews, and LLM environments
  • Integrate brand and product messaging into digital content that strengthens positioning while supporting SEO and conversion performance
  • Partner with UX, CRO, SEO, and analytics teams to design content experiences that balance customer needs with business goals
  • Translate complex product narratives into clear, engaging content tailored to target audiences and buying stages
  • Drive continuous improvement of content workflows, editorial standards, and governance to scale impact across teams
  • Manage content initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring alignment with campaign priorities and timelines
  • Adapt and scale content for global audiences, embedding localization considerations from the start

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience writing and optimizing content for corporate websites, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments
  • Deep expertise in SEO copywriting, keyword research, search intent analysis, and on page optimization techniques
  • Proven track record of improving organic traffic, search rankings, engagement, and conversion performance through content strategy
  • Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems, including AI overviews, semantic search, and LLM driven discovery
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements
  • Experience collaborating cross functionally with marketing, UX, analytics, and product teams
  • Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating content strategies that support personalization and lifecycle marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with CRO principles and experimentation frameworks for optimizing content performance
  • Background working in global organizations with experience supporting localization strategies

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$81,100.00 - $142,500.00
