Marketing Specialist
Location: Bridgewater, NJ or in Philadelphia, PA preferred with minimal travel
Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing programs for Catalent's Clinical & Specialty Services (CSS) portfolio, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and commercial effectiveness.
This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to deliver high-quality, customer-focused marketing initiatives aligned to CSS strategic priorities. The position reports to the Head of Marketing & Strategy, Clinical & Specialty Services.
The Role:
  • Marketing Execution & Campaign Support
    • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, paid media, webinars, events) aligned to CSS priorities
    • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and materials to ensure consistent, on-time execution
    • Support localization and deployment of global campaigns across target segments and regions
    • Contribute to foundational marketing activities in support of the CSS businesses including market landscaping, marketing planning, Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, and development of unique value propositions and client-centric messaging (UVPs)
  • Content & Digital Marketing
    • Coordinating with SMEs and Central Technical Writers to execute high-quality marketing content (case studies, presentations, webinars, and digital assets)
    • Translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
    • Contribute to the coordination of CSS related digital marketing tactics, including website content, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Events & Sales Enablement
    • Support planning and execution of CSS site and regional customer events, webinars, and liaise with Corporate Event Marketing as required for CSS participation at conferences and industry-related events
    • Track and report on key CSS marketing KPIs (engagement, lead generation)
    • Contribute to insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

The Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in pharma, CDMO, or life sciences
  • Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into clear, compelling marketing outputs across channels
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready work with speed, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborative, cross-functional mindset with strong communication skills
  • Analytical approach with ability to interpret data and improve performance
