Job Description:


Experienced Project / Program Manager to lead and coordinate a global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and rollout program for a large, multinational manufacturing client. This role combines strategic delivery leadership with hands-on project execution to ensure strong alignment across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end program governance, planning, and execution for the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and MOURI Tech delivery teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Localization, Digital Manufacturing, and Integration.
• Drive delivery milestones across blueprinting, realization, testing, deployment, and hypercare phases.
• Align delivery with a global template strategy and coordinate phased rollouts across North and Latin America.
• Facilitate effective risk management, change control, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure consistent reporting, SLA compliance, and quality outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
• Work closely with a nearshore PM to manage coordination and execution across time zones and regions.
Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project or program management.
• Proven track record in leading SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with global rollout strategies including localization and regulatory compliance for Latin American countries (e.g., Brazil, Mexico).
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity working with hybrid delivery teams (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus for regional coordination, but not mandatory for US-based roles.
