The Challenge 

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Sales Enablement Onboarding Specialist who will report to the Sales Enablement Team. In this role, you will help ensure each of our sales representatives and go-to-market (GTM) support roles has the necessary training and tools to be successful after joining OneTrust. You will act as a bridge between a new hire's entry to the company and their journey to full ramp. If you enjoy being in the middle of all the action, this is the role for you. 

Your Mission 

  • Facilitate monthly onboarding training for all new GTM roles, comprised of virtual and in-person sessions 
  • Manage onboarding curriculum by developing new and maintaining existing customized content for the program 
  • Deliver supporting training sessions as needed 
  • Craft and send communications to new hires, stakeholders, and subject matter experts 
  • Interpret dashboard analytics and reports on key metrics for sales organization 
  • Maintain and update centralized collateral repository and localization of key documents 

You Are 

  • Someone who can think strategically at a high level while delivering at a small, personal level 
  • Comfortable and confident with public speaking, especially in a teaching/facilitation atmosphere

  • Able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize your workload

Your Experience Includes 

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business operations, enablement, or marketing 
  • Experience facilitating onboarding cohorts for GTM professionals 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, privacy and professional services to deliver comprehensive training and support 
  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects in tandem 
  • Ability to work autonomously, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
