POSITION SUMMARY

LifeWave is seeking a highly accountable, execution-driven Global Campaign & Enablement Manager to own the development, planning, and global enablement of marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all global campaigns are strategically designed, fully built, and delivered to regions in a complete, execution-ready format, well in advance of launch.


This role does not execute campaigns at a regional level. Instead, it ensures that regions are fully equipped to execute consistently, effectively, and at scale. In addition, this role owns the global performance, growth, and governance of the Preferred Customer (PC/PC+) Program, a critical driver of customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end development of global marketing campaigns aligned to business priorities
  • Maintain annual campaign plan for roll out globally and regionally.
  • Help build and manage a forward-looking campaign calendar, ensuring initiatives are planned in advance
  • Partner cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life across marketing, sales, and regional teams

PC/PC+ Program Management

  • Own the global strategy, performance, and growth of the PC/PC+ Program
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through the program
  • Ensure all program content, education, and collateral is accurate, current, and live
  • Lead all program updates, enhancements, and global rollouts
  • Ensure consistent regional adoption and promotion of the program

Behavior-Driven Engagement

  • Execute campaigns designed to drive key field behaviors, including customer acquisition, retention, and business-building activities
  • Support initiatives such as 90-day challenges, incentives, and growth programs
  • Develop clear, motivating messaging and calls to action

Creative Campaign Support

  • Partner with content and design teams to develop landing pages, campaign hubs, and supporting assets. The responsibility is on the campaign & enablement Manager to drive projects to completion and ensure all documentation is accurate and live.
  • Contribute to campaign storytelling and overall user experience

Global Alignment

  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned globally and executable locally
  • Support localization needs through creation and training of clear frameworks and communication

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance globally and by region on a monthly basis
  • Measure success against defined behavioral and commercial KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and effectiveness
  • Continuously refine campaign approach based on insights

  • Collaborate with global colleagues across multiple time zones, making reasonable accommodations for meetings that may occasionally take place during evening hours to support effective communication and teamwork.
  • Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 5-6+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or enablement
  • Experience executing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of engagement and behavior-driven marketing
  • Experience developing campaign assets and supporting materials
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working across teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute
  • Fluent English essential
  • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.


Work Environment & Physical Demands

Travel requirement: Less than 20% travel required (domestic and international). A valid passport is required.
