Job Description
The Marketing Operations Associate is responsible for enabling efficient execution and performance tracking of global marketing initiatives. This role serves as a critical connector across Marketing, (Global and Region) Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams ensuring content, campaigns & key initiatives are compliant, coordinated, and effectively deployed.
This individual will bring strong organizational rigor, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset to support global marketing execution, operational processes, and performance visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Content Review & Compliance Coordination
  • Coordinate Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Legal (MLR) review processes for marketing materials to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Track submissions, approvals, and revisions to ensure timely progression through review cycles
  • Maintain documentation and audit readiness for approved claims and promotional content

Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate global marketing campaign calendars and rollout plans in partnership with Global & Local Marketing teams
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution & localization, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
  • Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure on-time and consistent launches

Digital Content Coordination
  • Partner with Global Marketing, Marketing Communications & Agencies to coordinate development and deployment of digital media content
  • Ensure content is aligned with campaign strategies, brand guidelines, and regional requirements
  • Facilitate content distribution across appropriate digital channels

Claims & Content Governance
  • Develop, manage and maintain the global claims database, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance
  • Support claims approval workflows and ensure marketing materials are aligned with approved claims

Operational & Commercial Support
  • Partner with Product Management and Global Marketing to maintain clean and up-to-date data and content.

Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Track global microbiology campaign deployment and performance metrics (with Commercial Operations and Regions) in collaboration with Commercial Strategy & Execution (CSE)
  • Compile and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., deployment status, engagement, performance trends)
  • Work with Product Management, Marketing and Regions to summarize insights to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, or related role
  • Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • High attention to detail, particularly in compliance and data accuracy

Preferred
  • Familiarity with MLR review processes and claims management
  • Experience with marketing automation, content management, or workflow tools
  • Exposure to global marketing organizations and cross-regional coordination
