Looking for a steady local driving job with guaranteed hours and great benefits? ProDrivers is hiring a Local Truck Driver for a full-time, permanent position in Columbus, OH.
In this role, you'll primarily operate a 26' box truck delivering John Deere parts to dealerships throughout the area. When needed, you'll step in as a Class A CDL driver to cover vacations, time off, and other business needs. This is a great opportunity for a Local Truck Driver who wants consistent local work while keeping their CDL skills sharp.

Schedule
The regular delivery route starts at 1:30 AM and runs in a 26' box truck. When covering Class A routes, start times are typically between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
What You'll Do

  • Serve as a Local Truck Driver on daily delivery routes
  • Fill in on tractor-trailer routes as needed
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Load, unload, and secure freight safely
  • Maintain delivery paperwork and records
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Current DOT Medical Certificate
  • Clean MVR
  • Consistent work history
  • At least 12 months of recent verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Ability to safely operate a 26' box truck and a Freightliner tractor with a 53' trailer
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and dependable professional
  • Previous experience as a Local Truck Driver preferred
