Job Title: Production Associate

Job Summary:
The Production Associate prepares materials and equipment for assembly, assembles products, and packages products.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Ensure equipment and materials are ready for production
  • Place raw materials into manufacturing machines, operate equipment for the assembly process, package finished products, and organize them for delivery.
  • Maintain material and supplies inventory.
  • Monitor equipment and production to increase productivity and make necessary recommendations.
  • Process woodchips to assess for and remove any foreign material and debris.
  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership.
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.

Other Duties:
  • Drives and operates vehicles and equipment as assigned.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's or commercial driver's license (dependent upon Division and utility/contract requirements) and DOT medical card in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
