JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for Reviewing Written and Audio Files from the Verification Department to identify discrepancies and report them to Management for appropriate action.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Listen to daily audio recordings from all Verification locations
  • Responsible for Audio File management (ensure they are complete and uploaded to correct folders and renamed properly)
  • Identify any unmanaged expectations of the purchaser from those recordings
  • Review daily verification log(s) from all locations for accuracy against the information presented in the audio recording(s)
  • Document and outline issues identified for in tracking database for inclusion in weekly reports
  • Participate in training as required
  • Perform other related duties & special projects as requested

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to resolve recurring problems
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Type 45 WPM
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK

OPTIONAL SKILLS A PLUS

  • Knowledge of Spinnaker Resorts and or the timeshare industry
  • Prior experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
