  • Oversee preparation and review of federal, state, and local corporate income tax returnsย 

  • Manage ASC 740 income tax accounting projects, including provision preparation and audit supportย 

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor associates, seniors, and interns; provide performance feedbackย 

  • Conduct technical tax research and provide consulting on complex corporate tax mattersย 

  • Review staff-prepared tax workpapers and returns, ensuring accuracy and complianceย 

  • Identifyย opportunities to expand services and support business development effortsย 

  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate effectively with client leadershipย 

  • Coordinate and support responses to IRS, state, and local tax authority inquiriesย
