Job description

We are looking for a dependable Call Center Specialist to support logistics to customers in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping business clients, managing shipment-related questions, and working closely with an onsite operations team in a fast-moving setting. The role offers paid training, a four-day work week after onboarding, and the opportunity to grow with a stable local organization. Due to the nature of the work and onsite requirements, preference will be given to Hawaii residents. Applicants should be able to reliably commute or reside within the region to meet business needs. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming inquiries from business customers regarding item shipments, delivery timelines, and service-related concerns.

• Make outbound calls as needed to provide shipment updates, confirm details, and resolve logistics questions promptly.

• Enter and maintain shipment records with accuracy, ensuring information is complete and up to date in company systems.

• Coordinate with the onsite operations staff to support daily logistical movement and keep customer communication aligned with shipment activity.

• Manage multiple service requests at once while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and timely follow-through.

• Support day-to-day call center and customer service activities in a high-volume environment focused on reliable logistics service.

• Previous experience in call center, customer service, or a similar phone-based support role.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to assist customers clearly and professionally.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Solid attention to detail and comfort using basic computer applications and customer service systems.
• Experience handling inbound calls and documenting information accurately.
