Qualifications

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience working in various software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall; Agile; Scrum)

2. Project Management Certification(s)

3. Experience with Continuous Process Improvement initiatives

4. Experience/expertise using MS Project or alternative project/portfolio management tools such as Innotas or CA PPM

5. Experience managing information technology projects for a state government
