Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking a Cabinet Specialist / Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon and the surrounding communities. We offer unique custom products and services that are in strong demand with homeowners. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, cabinet re-dooring, cabinet refacing and new custom cabinetsIdeal candidates strongly believe in the company culture that our clients always come first. Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo'd shirt and appropriate work clothing.
  • Follow instructions given by project manager
  • Follow Trustpoints on every job
  • Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
  • Able to keep track of tools and keep your job trailer/van organized
  • Communicate with project manager daily about progress
  • Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
  • Restore wood cabinets in the home
  • Paint cabinet doors and boxes
  • Redoor and reface cabinets
  • Install new custom cabinets

Skills:
  • Must be able to match colors
  • Willing to learn and be trainable
  • Stellar work ethic
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
  • Able to drill for hinges
  • Able to install doors and drawer fronts
  • Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
  • Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
  • Ability to work in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and surrounding communities
  • Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
