We are currently seeking aย Small Business Relationship Manager position located within Zions Bancorporation's footprint in UT,ID,TX,AZ,CO,NV,OR,WA,CA.

Essential Functions:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Responsible for generating and structuring SBA and/or conventional loans by proactively calling, developing, and maintaining relationships.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identifies business development opportunities and participates in joint business development calls with bankers to assist in identifying and facilitating sales opportunities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensures loan quality by assessing client eligibility, reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation to determine appropriate solutions that meets the client's loan needs.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, SBA agency guidelines when necessary, and bank credit administration policies and practices.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Structures loan proposals and prepares credit packages for appropriate approval authorities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Monitors assigned loan portfolio for risk rate accuracy and delinquencies to mitigate losses.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  May participate in community organizations and activities.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Requires a Bachelor's in marketing, finance, business, or related field and some experienceย with lending, credit, banking, or other directly related experience.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  A combination of education andย experience may meet requirements.ย 

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Basic knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services, credit policies and regulations.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must have excellent customer service, negotiation and computer skills.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of commercial, SBA and/or small business lending.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Must have strong analysis and credit review skills as well as basic working knowledge of relevant credit and risk policies.

Salary Range:ย  $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
