Responsibilities

  • Greets incoming service customers and directs them to service advisor for check-in
  • Performs vehicle walk-around inspection
  • Prepares customer vehicle with protective items: mats, covers and tags
  • Checks and fills washer fluid
  • Works with cashier's and rental agents with customer rentals and car pick-up
  • Retrieves vehicles (rental and customer cars) at drop-off and pick-up
  • Drives vehicles (automatic and standard transmission) from service lane to parking lot or service stalls as needed
  • Cleans customer vehicles after service completion (automatic car wash)
  • Checks in rental vehicles, cleans exterior and interior, and replenishes fuel
  • Maintains appearance of service drive and keeps the service lot clean, neat and orderly
  • Prepares supplies for vehicle check-in: key tags and protective coverings
  • Assists delivery advisor and lot staff with new and used inventory vehicles on lot to maintain dealership display standards
  • Provides local transportation of customers with dealership shuttle vehicle

Qualifications

  • Able to work flexible schedules and weekends
  • Able to present a clean and neat appearance - uniforms are provided
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to improve with a can-do mentality and outgoing personality
  • Able to maintain a professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
  • Able to drive both standard and manual transmission vehicles
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Possess or have access to reliable transportation to and from work every shift
