Job description

Mondelez International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MDLZ) is one of the world's largest snacks companies. As a Mondelez shuttle driver, you will be taking loads to the sales branch or the bakery both about 6 miles apart from facility that are dispatched by the fulfillment center dispatcher and doing yard moves.

Hiring Area:
50-mile radius from Portland, OR

Running Lanes:
Local within the Portland, OR area (bakery, sales office and fulfillment center)

Miles:
Shuttling trailers between 3 locations in Portland OR. Averages 5 loads per day. considerable jockeying will be required

Schedule:
Drivers will receive 40 hr. minimum guarantee minimum if they are available for their normal schedule. There is a potential for OT to work at other locations (OT is anything after 40 hours/week).

CURRENT SHIFT IS FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY. You will work 14 hour shifts Friday and Saturday followed by 12.5 hour shift Sunday. Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur OFF!

Home Time:
Home daily

No touch freight - Baked goods, drop and hook trailers

Bonuses:
• New Hire Transition Bonus: $500 – Paid in full on second paycheck
• Referral Bonus: $3,000 – Paid out at $1,000 on second paycheck; $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.

Requirements:
6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience, a lot of backing experience needed

• No pets/passengers
• Drivers must be comfortable blind, backing in tight spaces
• Drivers will receive the job training as soon as they start for at least 1 day
• 30 min unpaid lunch
