Job OverviewAs a Service Shuttle Driver, you’ll represent our dealership by transporting our valued customers to and from their homes, offices, or the dealership while their vehicles are serviced. Your role is crucial in delivering a seamless and comfortable service experience.
Safely drive customers to/from designated locations.
Greet passengers warmly and assist with vehicle entry/exit or any needs.
Follow vehicle checklists; maintain trip logs (mileage, times, passengers).
Communicate with dispatch/service advisors to coordinate pickups.
Perform minor vehicle upkeep: fueling, cleaning, inspecting fluids/tires.
Report vehicle issues promptly for servicing.
Ensure the shuttle vehicle remains clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Uphold all traffic laws and company policies at all times, including ADA compliance if needed.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance, excellent customer-service demeanor.
Strong navigation skills and local area familiarity.
Capability to adhere to the schedule, adapt to route changes, and stay calm in traffic.
Ability to assist passengers or luggage responsibly.
Experience as a shuttle driver or courier preferred—but not required.
Competitive pay: $15–$20/hr, depending on experience.
Paid training & flexible scheduling.
