Job description

Security Luebke Roofing, Inc. is growing!! We are looking for a motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work for our Commercial Low Slope Foreman to run an additional crew of 2 - 6 techs.
Our company has steady work and the majority is local. Some overnight travel within the state of Wisconsin may occur.
Job duties to include but not limited to the following:
  • Lead and train field techs with varying degrees of experience in the installation of different types of single ply roofing including Fibertite, TPO, and EPDM in accordance with OSHA and SLR safety procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot any problems in the field
  • Inventory tracking
  • Detailed job planning from start to finish including job load
  • Responsible for all crew activities
  • Crane operating experience an asset
  • Deliver high quality roofing services and excellent customer service to customers

Compensation & Benefits
Current benefits package: health, vision, dental, 401(k), disability and earned time off.
Job requirements:
  • Excellent communication between sales, production, office and clients
  • Sheet metal machine operation (training will be provided)
  • Learn all in house software for record keeping
  • Valid US Drivers License with our insurance approval
  • CDL license is also a plus

Pay is based off of a crew matrix depending on skill level acquired. In house training at our SLUniversity is available for all employees to advance in our company.
