Job description

Position: Roofing Sales Associate

We are expanding our sales team and we are hiring motivated Roofing Sales Representatives and Trainees. No roofing experience required – we train the right people.

Responsibilities

  • Canvass local neighborhoods to identify homes with potential storm damage
  • Perform simple roof inspections (full training provided)
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
  • Complete basic paperwork and documentation

Requirements:

  • Roofing sales experience OR experience in another sales role (we provide full industry training)
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
