Job description

We are a local family run Tacoma business that focuses on Custom Team apparel, workwear and fanwear. We embroider, print, sublimate etc.
We operate in a production environment focusing on efficiency, low error rate and focusing on goals and production timelines.
We are looking for a person that can join our team on a part time basis and grow with the company. Hours needed are mainly for weekday mornings to afternoons but can vary depending on production and orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES would include but not be limited to:
  • Ensuring high quality of work production with minimal mistakes and on time order fulfillment.
  • Weeding vinyl
  • heat pressing
  • Ability to learn and use commercial embroidery machines along with cutters and plotters.
  • Sewing custom patches and name bars.
  • Maintaining personal and shop productivity goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ability to learn, maintain and share expertise of production, apparel, styles in industry and trends.
  • Contributes to a positive, productive and passionate work environment every shift.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Sewing or Embroidery experience is definitely a plus
  • Detail oriented to ensure placement and production standards of quality is a must.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Disciplined and focused on quality of production results and operational excellence in processes.
  • Must be proactive and Initiate completion of tasks and team/group order fulfillment without constant supervision
  • Computer skills necessary.
  • Must have good communication skills. Must be willing to ask questions and learn from the answers.
  • Be willing and able to receive feedback and instructions to ensure quality end results
