Overview
We are seeking a Roll-to-Roll Inkjet Printing Specialist to join a well-established printing and mailing operation. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with advanced continuous inkjet equipment, keep production moving, and resolve issues quickly to protect quality and deadlines. You’ll also support smooth changeovers, accurate documentation, and strong teamwork in a dependable production environment.   • Experience with continuous roll-to-roll inkjet presses such as Screen 520HD is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage digital print files and computerized workflows is highly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to safely maneuver large paper rolls using proper technique.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, maintain, and repair a Continuous Inkjet Roll-to-Roll Printing Press.
  • Monitor production runs closely to catch malfunctions and keep output on target.
  • Review job tickets, digital files, and SOPs to ensure customer specifications are met.
  • Train and mentor machine associates on equipment use, quality standards, and workflow expectations.
  • Log maintenance activities, production details, and process updates with accuracy.
  • Pull samples and proofs for client review when needed.
  • Sort, stage, and prepare finished output for the next production step.
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
  • Recommend SOP improvements and efficiency ideas that strengthen operations.
