Qualifications:
  • MUST have reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Pose excellent customer service at all times.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Be 21 with 2 years of experience.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Ability to lift heavy items up and down stairs and ramps.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have your medical card or obtain one within 7 days of employment.

Employment Type:
  • Full or Part Time, Days Only.
  • Shift starts at 6:45 AM.
  • Monday-Saturday.

Base Rate: $18.00/hour PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.

Pay Breakdown:
  • Wages are based on your experience and qualifications and start at 18.00 per hour. DOE
  • With your wages, based on 40 hours, PLUS tips, overtime, commissions, and bonuses, it is not uncommon to make an average inclusive wage of up to $27.00/hour.
  • Based on your performance, you can become a lead foreman and make commissions on moving materials sold.
  • Paid Weekly.

Role:
  • Drive your team to and from the customer’s location in a 26' box truck and assist in moving general household and commercial items from one location to another.
  • After you meet the requirements and become a "Certified" NAVL (North American Van Lines) Driver, you will be qualified to drive for local and long-distance moves (inter and intra) state (NOT long haul).
  • You are a part of the crew and must work cohesively.
