Flexi Motion Ortho Rehabilitation Clinic is seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Leesburg, Virginia. Flexi Motion Ortho Rehabilitation Clinic is a specialized rehabilitation facility focusing on orthopedic care. Our mission is to restore mobility and improve the quality of life for our patients through evidence-based therapeutic techniques. We operate in a vibrant community in Northern Virginia, offering a supportive atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and innovative approaches to rehabilitation.

The clinic operates in an onsite rehabilitation facility where you will work directly with patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. The environment promotes collaboration among physical therapists, support staff, and nursing teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to rehabilitation. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, with two available shifts: 7 am to 3 pm or 8 am to 4 pm, allowing for a structured but flexible work-life balance.

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Flexi Motion, you will:

• Assess patients thoroughly to develop individualized treatment plans that effectively address their specific orthopedic needs.
• Implement and supervise therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation protocols, carrying them through their journeys with compassion and understanding.
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on effective strategies for care improvement.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work closely with supervising therapists to optimize patient care and ensure follow-through on treatment goals.

The primary focus of our clinic is on adult and geriatric patients undergoing rehabilitation from orthopedic conditions such as fractures, joint replacements, and sports-related injuries. You will work with a diverse population that requires personalized attention and motivation to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Cultivating a supportive environment is essential as many of our patients face significant mobility challenges and require encouragement throughout their recovery process.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• A valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Virginia.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR certification.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance for local travel as needed.
• A passionate commitment to clinical excellence, patient integrity, and quality care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and managing documentation efficiently.

Though not mandatory, the following experiences will enhance your application:

• Prior clinical experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with federal and state regulations concerning physical therapy practices.
• Innovative thinking that contributes to effective treatment methodologies and patient engagement strategies.
