Job Summary
Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble units. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Keeps daily production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
This position is Day-shift Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4pm
Job Responsibilities
  • Works in one of the designated roles: Saw Operator, Painter, Assembler, Packer
  • Performs the necessary duties of a packer
  • Works with the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders
  • Interprets instructions and responds to management's direction
  • Maintains safety rules throughout shift
  • Follows all safety practices and guidelines while working including keeping work area clean and free of safety hazards
  • Understands production workflow processes
  • Selects and uses appropriate equipment, supplies and tools

Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of work-related experience

Preferred
Experience in a production environment preferred
