Property Overview

Thornberry Creek at Oneida is the official course of the Green Bay Packers and one of Wisconsin’s premier golf destinations. Located in Green Bay, WI, the property features two beautiful courses: the Championship 18-hole course and the scenic 9-hole Iroquois course. Thornberry Creek offers a top-tier golf experience with exceptional course conditions, a welcoming clubhouse, and outstanding hospitality. The property is managed by KemperSports and is dedicated to providing superior service and an unforgettable golf experience for all guests.

Position Summary

Thornberry Creek at Oneida is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Beverage Cart Attendant to enhance the guest experience by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service on the golf course. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, working outdoors, and delivering exceptional service in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ability to work during shoulder seasons (April-May & September-October) and willingness to cross-train in other areas (bartending, banquets) will be given strong consideration. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the beverage cart to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, and light food items to golfers.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked beverage cart throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all state and local alcohol service laws, verifying guest identification when necessary.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with special events, tournaments, and other golf course hospitality needs as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple guest requests.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license required; ability to safely operate a golf cart or beverage cart.
  • Knowledge of basic alcohol service guidelines and responsible beverage service (certification preferred but not required).
