Compensation:

  • Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
    • Driver Positions Pay Weekly
    • Hourly Pay: $31.34 Per Hour + $6.16 Per Hour Health & Wellness Stipend
    • Average Hours Per Week: 41

Home Time, Route & Schedule:

  • Home Daily
  • Start times: 8:45 PM-11:45 PM 
  • 7 Day Operation- 1-2 Days off per week
  • 150 Mile Radius of Eagan MN
  • Freight: Tailgate Deliveries – US Mail
    • Pallet Jack & Rolling Carts

Equipment:

  • Trucks are 36 months or newer
  • Day Cabs
  • Dry van, 53'
  • 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid CDL A License
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
    • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
  • Must live within 40 miles of Eagan, MN
