CDL A Company Driver Trainee - OTR / Regional / Local - $1500
Job Type: Driving


Are you a newly licensed Class A CDL driver looking to start your trucking career? We are hiring drivers with a valid physical CDL A license and no prior driving experience required.


This is a dry van trainee position designed to help new drivers get the training, support, and experience needed to begin driving professionally.


What We Offer:

  • Paid orientation

  • Paid training ranging from $500 to $1,050 per week, based on your home state and applicable minimum-wage requirements

  • Hotel, food, and travel covered in advance by the company

  • Training and placement with a suitable account based on your ZIP code

  • Opportunities may include local, regional, or OTR routes, depending on available freight in your area

  • Support throughout orientation, training, and dispatch placement


Requirements:

  • Valid physical Class A CDL

  • No prior Class A driving experience required

  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

  • Must be willing to complete the required training program

  • Safe driving record and professional attitude
