Job Summary

Responsible for performing highway concrete repair and maintenance operations, roadway maintenance, guardrail and drainage work, and related infrastructure projects. The role involves operating construction equipment, using hand and power tools, traveling extensively to project sites, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform highway concrete repair and maintenance activities.
  • Conduct roadway maintenance, guardrail, and drainage work.
  • Operate equipment such as wheel loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and asphalt rollers.
  • Use shovels, weed trimmers, brooms, and various hand tools.
  • Perform traffic control duties in accordance with MOT requirements.
  • Maintain proper safety equipment and follow safety procedures.
  • Travel to project sites as required.
  • Utilize smartphones and applications for work-related tasks and reporting.
  • Work under varying environmental and weather conditions.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and night-shift operations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
