Time management and familiarity with local roads are essential, as drivers must complete all deliveries within their shift while complying with safety regulations.

This job often involves multiple stops, frequent loading and unloading, and interacting with customers. Local drivers usually have set schedules and benefit from familiar routes and regular hours, making it a popular choice for those seeking work-life balance.
