Delivery Driver in Houston, TX

Starting Pay Rate: $17/hour

Full-Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!

This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed):

  • Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm

  • Saturday: 8am - 12pm

  • Sunday: Closed

The Pittsburgh Paints Co. is seeking dependable and punctual Delivery Drivers to safely and efficiently transport products from our store to customers. This role also includes supporting in-store operations as needed. If you're a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Key responsibilities may include

  • Transport products from our store to customers.

  • Follow all safety protocols, including pre-trip vehicle inspections. Vehicles are monitored via camera to ensure.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Complete delivery documentation accurately and on time.

  • Loading of material to the vehicle per PPC Standards.

  • Support store operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license issued by the state in which the position is based with a satisfactory driving record.

  • Ability to routinely lift 40-60 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.

  • Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting, reaching, and carrying required.

  • Availability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays.

  • Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
