Whether you are a seasoned road professional or a recent CDL-A graduate looking for a reliable company to call home, we have immediate lane availability to launch or advance your career.

Financial Package and Training

  • Experienced driver pay averages between $1,200 and $1,400 every week.
  • New grad transition program features a paid 4–6 week road mentorship at $650 weekly.
  • Extra cash incentives include $300 for orientation and $15 per additional stop.
  • Full corporate benefits kick in on day 31, covering comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, and accrued PTO.

Equipment and Road Lifestyle

  • Our operators drive late-model, meticulously maintained commercial trucks.
  • Bring your loved ones or pets along with rider and pet policies active right after training graduation.
