Harrington Bottling Company is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Class C Delivery Driver to join our team in Bozeman, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, building customer relationships, and staying active throughout the day.
As a Route Delivery Driver, you will safely deliver and merchandise Pepsi beverage products to retail stores, convenience stores, restaurants, schools, and other customer locations. You will operate along established delivery routes throughout the Bozeman area, with some routes occasionally extending to surrounding communities. If you have strong customer service skills, enjoy hands-on work, and are looking for a consistent four-day workweek, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
As a member of our delivery team, you will load, transport, deliver, and merchandise beverage products while providing outstanding service to customers. Responsibilities include stocking product, rotating inventory, building displays, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring accurate deliveries. You will work independently for much of the day while representing one of the most recognized beverage brands in the industry.
This position requires frequent handling of beverage products using hand trucks, delivery carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Drivers are responsible for maintaining professional interactions with customers and communicating effectively with store managers and company personnel.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates should possess a valid Class C Driver's License and have a safe driving history with no serious traffic violations within the past three years. Previous experience in route delivery, beverage delivery, food and beverage distribution, merchandising, warehouse operations, customer service, DSD (Direct Store Delivery), logistics, transportation, or sales delivery is highly preferred.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and capable of working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Work Environment
This role regularly works in warehouses, loading docks, convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and other customer locations. Drivers may encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures throughout the year while completing daily routes.
The position involves frequent lifting, loading, stacking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, reaching, and maneuvering loaded hand trucks and pallet jacks. Employees should be comfortable entering and exiting delivery vehicles multiple times throughout the day.
