Harrington Bottling Company, a proud distributor of Pepsi products and other leading beverage brands, is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Side Bay Delivery Driver to join our Helena team. If you enjoy working independently, building customer relationships, and being on the road, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with an established beverage distributor.
As a Non-CDL Side Bay Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the products they depend on every day. You will deliver beverages to convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, schools, and other retail customers while providing outstanding customer service and helping maintain strong customer partnerships.
This position combines delivery driving, product merchandising, route management, and customer service. Every day offers variety as you travel established delivery routes, manage product deliveries, stock displays when needed, and represent one of Montana's most respected beverage distribution companies.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will operate company delivery vehicles on local routes throughout the service area, delivering Pepsi products, bottled water, energy drinks, soft drinks, and other beverage products. You will verify orders, unload and transport products, complete delivery documentation, and help ensure products are accurately delivered and properly merchandised at customer locations.
You will also work closely with customers, answer questions, communicate delivery information, and help maintain organized and attractive beverage displays. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, completing daily inspections, and following established company safety standards are important parts of the position.
When deliveries are complete, you may assist with warehouse activities including product handling, inventory movement, order staging, and general distribution support.

Successful candidates are reliable, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional service. We are seeking individuals who possess:
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Delivery driver, route delivery, warehouse, logistics, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage delivery routes efficiently and independently
  • Basic math, inventory, and recordkeeping skills
  • Experience operating box trucks or commercial delivery vehicles preferred
  • Beverage industry, foodservice distribution, route sales, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with handheld inventory or delivery devices is beneficial
