Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our growing HVAC team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.
  • Schedule and dispatch residential and commercial HVAC service technicians.
  • Prepare and process customer invoices.
  • Accept and process customer payments.
  • Assist with preparing and following up on customer estimates.
  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and close outstanding estimates.
  • Pull permits with local jurisdictions as required.
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to keep schedules running efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong computer and data entry skills.
