Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

Acuna Total Car Care is hiring an experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician for advanced diagnostic and major repair work.

You'll service Domestic, Asian, European, fleet, and light-diesel vehicles with support from a Shop Foreman. Technicians are not responsible for preparing estimates or ordering parts.

What You'll Do

  • Perform advanced engine, drivability, and electrical diagnostics
  • Diagnose and repair steering, suspension, and HVAC systems
  • Complete timing-component repairs
  • Repair and replace engines and transmissions
  • Diagnose and repair European and light-diesel vehicles
  • Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections
  • Mentor developing technicians when needed

What You'll Need

  • Five or more years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Required ASE certifications
  • Strong diagnostic skills across multiple makes and models
  • Ability to identify the root cause of vehicle concerns accurately
