ย What Does the Transportation Delivery Driver Do?
The Transportation Delivery Driver works under the direction of the Transportation Leadership Team and is responsible for the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally compliant operation of a refrigerated CDL truck.
Youโll deliver fresh fruits and vegetables throughout Louisiana while maintaining professional relationships with:
This role requires flexibility. Drivers must be available mornings, afternoons, and early evenings โ any day of the week โ based on schedules determined by the Transportation Manager.
Typical routes begin around 3:00 a.m. and generally end by 6:00 p.m.

Class A License
Class B License
ย Requirements
1+ year driving experience in a straight box truck or larger vehicle
Valid Louisiana Class A or B Driverโs License
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime
Ability to start routes at 3:00 a.m.
Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
Clear MVR (no more than 1 moving violation within a rolling calendar year)

Lift up to 60 lbs regularly
Push up to 500 lbs
Moderate climbing, kneeling, crawling, stooping, squatting, and bending
Work in 34ยฐF coolers and occasionally below 0ยฐF environments
Follow all warehouse and safety standards

Fast-paced with short deadlines
High adaptability required
Work includes refrigerated warehouse, offices, and surrounding grounds
