CSR / Delivery Driver - Kitchener, ON

Wagonmaster Group is looking for a reliable, customer-focused CSR / Delivery Driver to join our Kitchener team.

YOU QUALIFY IF YOU HAVE EITHER:

1. Previous B2B delivery experience OR Previous experience working for an automotive dealership

You do NOT need previous delivery-driving experience if you have relevant automotive dealership experience.

This is a hands-on role combining customer service, local deliveries and warehouse support.

What You'll Do

  • Make scheduled deliveries to automotive dealerships, repair shops and other business customers
  • Drive a company vehicle for local deliveries
  • Load and unload products
  • Provide professional customer service at customer locations
  • Ensure products are delivered accurately and on time
  • Obtain delivery confirmations and signatures
  • Answer customer questions and resolve routine issues
  • Assist with warehouse duties when not making deliveries
  • Receive, organize and prepare products for delivery
  • Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
  • Maintain delivery records and paperwork
  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Ontario G driver's licence and safe driving record
