The Product Data Management (PDM) Coordinator 1 supports product data administration tasks ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data within Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and related systems. This entry-level role focuses on data entry, verification, and basic configuration management to support cross-functional teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
• Support customer data administration by uploading and maintaining Approved Manufacturer Lists (AML), Bills of Materials (BOM), and simple Engineering Change Orders (ECO) to ensure accuracy in PLM systems.
• Perform basic data inspections and comparisons to identify and escalate data integrity issues.
• Assist senior team members with troubleshooting and training by preparing accurate input data and verifying outputs.
• Maintain document filing and organization within PLM to ensure clarity and accessibility of records.
• Communicate with requestors to resolve basic issues related to minimum requirements and data accuracy.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
