As a Box Delivery Truck Driver, youll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely deliveries while being part of a team that values hard work, teamwork, and safety . Load, unload, and secure materials to ensure accurate deliveries. Follow designated routes & schedules for on-time deliveries. Verify materials upon delivery and document any discrepancies.

Maintain delivery records & log shipments in company systems. Conduct pre-trip & post-trip inspections (DVIR) and report any issues. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, HOS, and company safety policies , including ELD use.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site personnel. Assist with warehouse tasks such as staging and organizing materials as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Our Ideal Candidate: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with CRM software. Experience in logistics, trucking, or warehouse operations. Understanding of DOT safety, HOS, and compliance regulations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective time management and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. Awareness of ergonomic principles and ability to adhere to safety standards. Strong ability to operate and troubleshoot tablets, smartphones, and other digital tools for daily tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting.

Requirements: At least 21 years old Ability to lift 100+ lbs. repetitively. Employment eligibility.

Valid license with an approved driving record. Valid DOT Medical Card in compliance with federal regulations. Must be able to legally and safely operate a vehicle across state lines on a daily basis, or as needed.

Physical Requirements: Heavy Lifting: Frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds over rough terrain on a daily basis. Extended Sitting: Sit for up to 6-8 or more hours daily while operating the truck or waiting at job sites. Physical Endurance: Navigate uneven surfaces and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
