Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 Annually

The role is a full-time on-site position at our Westlake, TX corporate headquarters. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.

Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of brand, field, and community marketing initiatives that drive local awareness, customer engagement, and market expansion. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for coordinating creative asset development, managing print and promotional collateral, supporting public relations and community outreach efforts, and assisting with local event planning and sponsorship activation.

This position is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional with 23 years of experience who enjoys balancing design, project coordination, vendor management, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across multiple projects, managing deadlines, and supporting both digital and field marketing efforts.

Core ResponsibilitiesCreative & Marketing Asset Development
  • Create and update marketing materials including print collateral, digital ads, social media assets, flyers, direct mail pieces, and promotional signage
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (and related creative tools) to design and edit branded marketing materials
  • Support campaign execution through creative asset preparation and delivery across internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with content creation for social media channels and digital marketing campaigns
  • Bonus: Edit and format video content for social media, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns
Vendor & Collateral Management
  • Coordinate ordering, production, and inventory management of marketing collateral and branded merchandise including yard signs, door hangers, apparel, water bottles, promotional giveaways, and event materials
  • Manage relationships with print vendors, promotional suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
  • Track marketing inventory and maintain organized distribution of materials across service areas and events
Community Events, Sponsorships & Public Relations Support
  • Assist with community engagement initiatives including ribbon cuttings, chamber events, mayor and city leadership meet-and-greets, and public-facing expansion announcements
  • Create, update, and manage media contact lists for local public relations efforts
  • Support press release distribution and public relations coordination for market launches and expansion efforts
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend local events, sponsorships, and community partnership opportunities in target service areas
  • Assist with sponsorship activations and event participation to maximize brand visibility and local engagement
Social Media Leadership
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives
  • Direct content creation across social platforms, ensuring messaging consistency and audience engagement
  • Own the social media content calendar, including campaign planning, cadence, and cross-channel alignment
  • Oversee creative asset development and delivery for social campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on engagement, reach, and conversion data
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
  • 23 years of marketing coordination, field marketing, or brand support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Experience creating print and digital marketing assets across multiple channels
  • Video editing experience is a strong plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience working with vendors, print production, and promotional item ordering preferred
